Pranaymaya (Breath work) and movement. Vinyasa Yoga classes offer a variety of sequenced postures which allow you to move freely and play with all types of poses; no two classes are ever alike. This form of Yoga helps to develop a more balanced, stronger and flexible body. Beginner-Intermediate to advanced practitioners are welcome, modifications and will be given if needed.
Take a deep breath, let’s go in. Quieting the mind, a more spiritual practice that slowly helps cleansing the body and mind. Like Vinyasa Yoga, this class builds off of the very first flow (sequence) and slowly adding just a little more spice each time each time. This class is all levels with plenty alternatives, Inspiring pearls of wisdom, chanting and most importantly connection and community.
Melt into the Earth! Take time to nurture yourself and gently stretch. Poses are held anywhere between five and ten minutes, don’t worry there are plenty of props to suit your body and minds needs. The length of time we spend in each pose allows the body to slowly unwind and safely stretch. This is an all level class that encourages the release of the body and minds tension.
Baby & Me Yoga
No babysitter? No problem! This is a one hour class designated for new parents. Set up your mat, enjoy a light practice which will leave you rejuvenated and refreshed. This is an all levels class that offers plenty of modifications to suit you and your baby’s needs.
Prenatal Yoga Series
A series for each trimester! Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring 4 - 6 week Prenatal Yoga series.
The finer parts of the body! Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. Using the comforts of props the poses are designed to suit all level’s of Yogi’s.
Everyone starts somewhere!! A slow but steady class that offers plenty of options to all. Learn the names of the poses, what muscles groups to engage, how to practice pranayama (breathing exercise) and importantly where to place your feet and hands. This is an all level class.
Slowing down together. Silver Yoga is for those who are slowing down, those who have muscle aches, tightness, mobility limitations and balancing difficulties. We will move at a slower pace so we can nurture and honor our bodies limitations as we get older. With plenty of bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags and more, this class is designed to gently unwind years of physical and emotional stress. Practicing meditation and deep breathing techniques to strengthen the respiratory and cardiovascular system.
Slow and Strong
Slow it down! A Vinyasa Yoga class that has had the volume turned down a couple notches. We move with a slow inhalation and exhalation process, practicing deep breathing in fiery heat creating poses. Strength will be built, the mind will become stronger and your breath will start to silence the mind. This is an all level class, modifications will be provided and courage will be built!

30 minutes to shine! Ever need a quick Yoga break in the middle of the day? Come stretch, lightly sweat and release some tension and return to the world a little more refreshed. Exercising and movement is a great way to keep your body and mind strong for all challenges. All levels of practitioners are welcome!
